Hello! I’m very happy you found me and I look forward to connecting with you. I love practising Nutritional Therapy â€“ because it works, it's fascinating and it's fun!

I support individuals to make sense of their health situation, make sense of the abundance of nutritional information out there, and incorporate changes to help them improve their levels of health and wellbeing.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been working with clients to help them make positive health changes, from curbing their sweet tooth, to relieving stress and congestion, to increasing vitality levels and mental focus. As a result they have more time and energy for work, leisure, socialising, relaxing, and generally enjoying life.

I came across the magic of nutrition while addressing my own health challenges. I've been astounded by the improvements I have achieved with my own energy levels, blood sugar issues, mental health and nervous system issues.

I have made these changes, and continue on a day-to-day basis to make improvements, by using nutrition together with other lifestyle adaptations, such as mindset, connecting with nature, and bringing more fun, love, connection and creativity into my life.

These changes sound simple to me when I write them down, but they have often involved profound and sometimes painful and prolonged processes of transformation. Many of our behaviours and symptoms are a result of previous trauma, and have been the body's highly intelligent way of keeping us safe. With this understanding, listening to these messages, we can have self-compassion and kindness that then allows space for healing and change.

I trained with Barbara Wren at the College of Natural Nutrition, and with Sangitama Marion Hubner at the Humaniversity in Holland. And I regularly have my nose in a book, or my ears plugged into a podcast or webinar to keep updated with the fascinating new findings and understandings that are coming to light in the fields of health and wellbeing.

I simply love sharing the sense of achievement my clients feel when they join the dots in their own health picture, take charge of their own wellbeing, and get to see their compassion, commitment and perseverance paying off – feeling healthier, happier and more relaxed.

Simplicity can be key - it can be a light bulb moment, a new awareness about how your being came to where it is now, how your body has always been doing its very best for you in challenging circumstances, and how to gently unwind the imbalances and nourish your being so that it can do what it does best - heal, rejuvenate and be!
